Twinapalooza

It was a very busy weekend for the Mansfield Willners. We had a wedding elopement celebration/BBQ that was a bit of a wash out. Luckily the hosts had many tents - but Maddie & Aidan aren't really "lap babies" anymore!

Sunday we had our long anticipated TMMB New England Playdate. 10 sets of twins all born in September or October of 2007 were there. It was a swarm of babies and really quite adorable. Our hosts had a lovely set up for us and Maddie & Aidan really seemed to enjoy themselves (perhaps there was a mini meltdown when we tried to feed them lunch in their stroller - but we won't discuss that).

From there it was on to Mimi & Buppy's for a BBQ with our out of state cousins Lauren, Jon, Wynnie & Julie. It was a gorgeous afternoon and very relaxing since there was at least one baby napping at any given time. Kurt & I actually had a chance to sit down, eat and (dare I say) converse with other adults. Maddie & Aidan's cousins Niklas & Colin were very excited to see them and are such excellent baby entertainers!!

Now we are on to another week...only 6 more until the big 0-1. Hard to believe!!!
